I have been with three difference companies within Textron and Bell is definitely my favorite one. The products we get to work on and what we do for our country is very rewarding.

I get paid well and the bonus is nice. Our medical insurance for prescriptions could definitely be better, but I pay $0 out of my paycheck with the plan I have.
