This is currently under assault a bit but we were previously very well focused on developing people. I always liked the phrase in the military that said "people first - mission always". It's a great way to build a positive culture.

We're still transitioning to a new structure overall but in general the leadership team has carried forward the path that Mr. Snyder put Bell on. I respect my entire management chain all the way to Mr. Donnelly in Textron. This is not a norm in my 33 years in my working life (not taken for granted).
