Open and honest dialogue. Opposing views are encouraged and are never reflected negatively in performance appraisals. Don't want a "yes" team. Diverse ideas and opinions help me make better decisions.

Previous leadership team was very transparent. Honest and open dialogue was encouraged and one felt safe being frank. Lift each other up and assume best intentions are the cultural traits I embrace the most. Hoping to better understand the current leadership's direction.
