It's a good company that is actively working to fix old legacy issues. I originally hired (shopper) on a Bell back in 1992 but the culture was kind of toxic, I left after two weeks. I think the final issues (bi-weekly and PTO time) have been resolved and like it here. (been here for 13 years)

Everyone seems to do good work and I don't have to spend my time correcting their workmanship. I left my previous group because it was a real problem that wasn't getting corrected.
