The leadership team is good about communicating important information out to the company. They say they are accessible but I have only had direct experience with a few members of the team, and those interactions were generally positive.

The ability to work on activities that maximize customer satisfaction and help to strengthen customer relationships. The more casual attitude at Bell versus other companies I have worked at also contributes greatly towards feeling happy and comfortable at work.

We take opportunities to go to lunch or do other activities as a team. We also seek each other out for help and advice, bounce ideas off of one another and step up to provide additional support when someone needs it.

I feel that the STIC portion of my overall compensation is a fair way to recognize my efforts during the year and to keep me competitive with peers in the industry. Without it, I believe there would be better options outside the company.
