I have worked at several companies, and Bell is the first place I have felt strongly that will be my home for a long time. They want to develop you as an individual and see you grow your career within the company. The people are great and work is challenging. I am proud to be a Bell employee.

We receive many benefits outside just our salary. Our health benefits and 401k matching are fair, time off is sufficient and on-campus benefits such as the health center and pharmacy are nice perks.
