It used to be better than it is. I think there was too much non-strategic growth and rather than move forward with a plan, we just cobble together the pieces and parts and try to divine the CEOs intentions on the rare time anyone can get him to focus. But this is also common in companies our size.

Overall I do enjoy the job and I work with good people. There were some very big changes last year and I don't feel that the exec team handled them well, though things have gotten better this year. I know that I could lose my job tomorrow for an arbitrary reason that is unrelated to my performance
