I joined the company in 2020 at a very busy time. Thrown in the deep end however this was a great experience as I was able to learn on the job very quickly. For Support functions in Concentrix I believe there could be more process, guidelines, planning as experience so far has been very reactive.

Salary is fair however other companies do pay more for same level of job and number of holidays at 25 days plus stat holidays is good and inline with other competitors again however for every years service other companies give you an extra day holiday up to 30 days
