Reconnecting people. I read an article posted on Workplace about re-onboarding everyone because businesses and the people remaining at work in them have turned over so significantly that nobody is a veteran anymore. I felt it deeply.

We need to figure out who to work with in many cases. The people I used to work with, in many cases for the same tasks, have changed from even 6 months ago. It is often hard to find who I need to talk to to get my work done.
