I do see that the company does put an effort to make people heard and comfortable working for the Company

The fact that individual contributors are heard. It may take time but eventually, we are heard. Here at CSOD, we are closer to the "bottom up management" approach than in any other company I had ever worked for.

The analytical aspect. Also, Compensation is very "personal" topic, it has a huge impact on people's lives. It feels good knowing that I am in part responsible for the fact that our people are compensated correctly and any adjustments are handled quickly

Most of the tasks performed by the team are highly nuanced and somewhat unique to CSOD. I've made a commitment to these CSOD-specific processes and ensured that tasks are completed correctly and timely. Being loyal to the company is important but so is career progression and compensation/equity.

Most of the current team 'specialization' is aligned with the type of work we perform. The prior teams consisted of mostly "accountants" and, given that the majority of our work is operational and requires a lot of dedication, this misalignment of career goals and duties lead to turnovers
