401K match. I love our 401K program. I wish our insurance wasn't a high deductible though. Plus, our prescription coverage is really good

When they see there is a gap in something they actively work to fix it. I appreciate the fact they are able to say, "We can do better," and they try.

They know our names and ask for feedback. I don't feel like I'm just a face in the crowd. I appreciate them asking our thoughts and ideas on new role outs.

They care about their employees and listen to them. When we have surveys, they truly listen to what we ask for and they communicate with us how we can improve to get what we need.

Managing peers - we work together as a team and are there to support one another. Branch team - we are a fairly new team but they are starting to come together and learn how to work together as a team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together and try to help each other out when needed. I know I can reach out to my branch team and my management team for help and I will always have someone who will be there to assist me.
