We actually like each other. Spend time together outside of work and would do whatever we could to assist each other whenever it was needed, on a genuine level.

I believe that my division head believes that the customer experience is everything and that pertains to our colleagues as well as our outside customers. I believe that also and I think it pushes all of us to behave our way towards that. That is enspiring.
