Lamar is a great place to work and build a career, however, the company needs to increase their wages and/or offer additional perks to match what other companies are offering. This would help attract new talent and retain current employees.

While the work we do is fun and rewarding creatively, we're very underpaid compared to what other senior graphic designers are making in our market. Raising our pay to match our market rate would be much appreciated.
