No respect for any employee that doesn't fit into their stores two faced ways and no backbone to back up any lower management that try to implement and reinforce company policy and procedures.

Treating good employees with respect and not punishing them fir pointing out by doing their job that management is not doing its job.

Harresment of anyone that has or knows more then current management, because they mistake someone trying to help as a threat to their jobs and whatever other rules or policies they don't foow or care abot

The owner needs to let someone with the backbone to stand their ground on employees that do not follow policies and that think they have to very little compared to others. I would rather work a rush with 3 good employees then with only 3 that are doing most of the work while 2 or 3 do nothing.
