Make sure people can work the hours they say, stop hiring only minors that can only work at night, really manage those new employees so they dont think they csn slack around when the same two hsrdworking workers show up

Fire the managers. She does not help nearly as much as she should, and the other claims to be sick all the time. Schedule equally, so in case of emergencies, people won't get fired for having personal issues. Managers need to stop threatening to fire great employees because of emergencies

One of the managers leaves early almost always. She doesnt help eith anything, and has everyone else work while shes on her phone. I've been sick or had emergencies of my own that I've needed to call out for, and am never able to because there's only two people working me being one.

My manager is supposes to come in to help, she comes in maybe twice to her shift, but gets mad at others when they call out. She lies about being out of teon to not come in. I saw her at a local store the same day. She has two people in the morning and everyone else at night, so its hard to maintain
