Communication. Tensions are always high because they do not communicate effectively between themselves or the hourly associates. Managers need to stop cursing and using wildly inappropriate language around staff, guests, and the minors working at the cafe.

Taking responsibility for their own work. No one cleans up after themselves, no one restocks anything, and the managers never check that cleaning tasks are done by the end of shift so line workers just leave the cafe filthy.
