most all of us have worked together for a long time and in that way we work good together. we communicate effectively and all do our best to make a better day with genuine care for out guests and drivers by delivering not just fast but, safe, friendly, clean, effective service

recently the company stated outsourcing candidates then send them to out store for an interview. making us look bad. when one comes in and says there here for an interview and you had no idea they where coming and did not plan on it. which happened to me twice now. embarrassing.

there is a path and process for any avenue for advancement if you so choose to peruse it. ideas are often considered. and sometimes implemented across the company and if a store holds true to the culture of making a better day with genuine care. the drivers take note and in return become friends
