Not an issue. Your human resources using trainers that legally skirt on harrassment, discrimination and slander while training new employees.

Corporate needs to keep closer eye on their trainers they send out. They border on harrassment and discrimination while training new employees. I just quit because of the mico-management and rude statements made about other employees to new employees while being trained. Very unprofessional...

Check with your store employees. A lot of them put up with unethical behavior because they need the money. But in the long run...Corp. Needs to pay attention save themselves bad publicity and law suits. Its going to happen. Check your stores more often.

Start with Corporate trainers....they need to realize theyre talking to real people....who have brains and dont need the negative comments or behavior to do a good job. I was so disgusted with the behavior of the trainers I worked with that if this is the best Corp. has...they need to do much better
