We don't have meetings, there is no training and everybody is new because of turnover rate. Nobody ever wants to help each other, everybody is only there to get a paycheck, go home and make others feel inferior because they stock a cooler faster.

They don't really "interview" so much as they ask how soon can you start and can you run a register and make a pizza. I was given NO training before, and was literally instructed through the corporate mandated videos so I could get back to work quickly.
