TP: Excellent work environment and good flatform to develop skills.
TP: Progressive and an environment where I have brought my many BPO years of expertise to TP. Rocky start but the last few years have been progressive and interesting and certainly busy (no downtime at all) which has seen burnout on a couple of occasions. Varied work and scope.
TP: It's such a really great experience, because this challenged my capabilities on how to handle things, ( time management etc. ) This strengthens me and helped me in achieving my goals.

O'Reilly Auto Parts: Hours get cut so district manager can make payroll and then he hires new employees to cover shifts.
TJ Maxx: The associates and some managers are nice but getting a different position could get to their head, so they treat us poorly. They expect so much from anyone with little pay.
Starbucks: Overall is fine. No complaints
Victoria's Secret: Have some sexy clothes that don't fall apart. I use to buy from Victoria secret starting at 18- 30, the items were nice but would fall apart. As time went by it started to cater to young teens, not young working women. Went sloppy look, competition was priced higher but worth it..
McDonald's: Ive been sexually harrased, bullied, and shamed while being a employee

Ingles Markets: Been there over a year with no vacation time. Ive always worked full time hours but apparently listed as part time fof the first six months without knowing i was part time. I dont see how this benefits this company at all and may be why their insurance is so expensive.

Taco Bell: Fire the manager working at 1141 Central Park Dr, O'Fallon IL 62269 who worked on 10/17/23 at 5:30pm. I inquired about an issue with the app. She raised her voice at me and then proceeded to throw my whole bag of food across the floor in anger. Awful customer service, and I didn't receive my food.

Johnson & Johnson: Instead of hiring people to do work/jobs, just about everything is contracted out. Also, it is not just one or two jobs are contracted out but whole departments. What's more, the companies who are contracted too, then contract out the work again and again and what's more, discrimination appears.
Sunglass Hut: 0/10. By far corporate snobs that don't care about you and I'm a top seller. By far the worst set of professional individuals I've ever networked with. Luxottica overall doesn't care about you unless you're in corporate making a decent wage.
Loblaw Companies Limited: It's been very good. Everyone is super helpful and knowledgeable
Pizza Hut: I just got sent home for not wanting to touch other chemicals to clean the cooler doors while I am a cook and need.to touch and make customers pizzas.
Shoprite Supermarkets: Unresponsible employees, HR need to have someone there at all times and not always off. Written up should be done professionlly. No calls an employee back

Trane: I have been waiting on a mission critical part for over 4 months. This part goes in a 2016 vintage Trane air cooled chiller that serves a surgery center. This is third world country bad that a medical facility cannot receive the part it needs in a timely manner.

TP: Great growth opportunities, good place to work at. Certain processes take way to long and it often lands our department in trouble, and it seems other departments are responsible for our department's hiccups
Panera Bread: It has been a learning expierence, but good overall.

TP: I love the people but the framework is set up to expand then have redundancies every three years. We are frequently asked to do more than is manageable. The team is always getting smaller yet the workload increases. We dont spend enough time proactively preventing issues due to workload
Speedway: Only been working here for 2 weeks and im already getting treated like garbage by my manager

Wendy's: Too much work drama. We are also treated like robots depending on manager and general manager
GardaWorld: Good until I asked to use the EAP program and got fired for it.
Boston Scientific: No Flexi time compare to other big companies. Keeps all workers, even contractors from other companies under thumbs like time. Clocking in and clocking out as well needing to do time sheets. Plus contractors don't get the benefits like the Boston Scientific employees yet they have to do more.
DaVita: Too much work, management and the CEO takes all the money home.
Cobham: Communication skills with potential clients.
Tractor Supply Company: Works same employees every weekend. Does not rotate weekends. Does not treat employees with respect. Workers do not respect manager because of how she treats her employees. Manager is rude and disrespectful even to customers. Customets feel she is dishonest.

TP: I love working at Teleperformance, there are good and bad experiences but the good always outweighs the bad. I recommend Teleperformance to anyone looking to work in a contact center environment.
Speedway: Over four years I have had a great experience. It wasn't until I became an AM and was made to switch to a new store that i had any issues. I have told DM repeatedly that I am not a good fit here and I am ignored each time. I am extremely unhappy with the management at my current location.
Florida Power and Light Company: It's all good until someone drops the ball at their job! We're being billed for an FPL employees mistake, after we successfully did our part as the customer. We went from service agent to manager to manager, all pushing the blame onto someone else and not doing what's right!
Apple: Its innovation and product development.
Steak n Shake: I waited 25 minutes for a shake. Plus since covid you cut you menu. Thats why you lost the business. I use to tske my grandchildren here for dinner you had a big menu their was slways a cried nor empty snd you have to wsit hslf a day fir uour order I won't be back

TP: It was really good on my old campaign, had respect from management and great opportunities to grow, now i'm micro-managed and no coaching to progress
TP: TP encourages progression, and team work. I feel that even though I struggle to get help or tools quickly there is massive support and always someone to turn to regardless what the issue is. I look forward to working Mondays and I have never felt like that before with any previous company.
TP: Incredible people at lower levels, valued when you're of use to someone but largely ignored otherwise (By exec not by manager level, manager level are fantastic) Company focuses so much on integration and forced fun instead of actual fair pay and conditions.
Hy-vee: I appreciate the quality of the shopping experience, wide selection, and knowledgable and friendly staff. I also appreciate the company's devotion to diversity and sustainability, particularly ocean sustainability. Hy-Vee is an active supporter of our local community, which means so much.

TP: For the most part, Its been a positive journey thus far and a lot of learning. I've been fortunate enough to work directly under some of the most authentic and hard working leaders in our business. Culturally, we have a long way to go but believe if we actively work towards the values it would help.

NBCUniversal: A company full of talented people who, depending on where one is in the company, are not led by a competent management making transparent and logical business decisions. No clear career path or promotion opportunities. Quiet cutting has become the norm.
