The Hartford: Garbage customer service. I had many issues that took weeks to resolve each time I had an issue. Very hard to get a customer service rep that has any power to help you to solve the issue. My claims rep Jasmine Boyle was very slow to resolve my issues. My experience with your company was terrible.

Schneider National: My dbl is a nightmare and makes working at this job almost unbearable. Heather on the ceva team will tell you to falsify logs to gain more hours, give you grief for not wanting to take a broken trailer and good luck getting home on time. They will give you grief about that too.

Cisco: the company listens and cares a lot about their people and customers as well. We are all about our customers for our customers. There is flexibility and you are trusted as an employee and part of the company.
ACI Worldwide: Mature company but no much benefit for staffs, insurance is very limited for Asiapac, no specialist are allow unless go to see gp to get the referral letter, not as good as other tech company. Increment is very low as well.
Lumen (formerly CenturyLink): Was a great company when it was Qwest now it is the worst company on the planet hands down.
Target: Horrible company. All promotions are based on political reasons. Not if you are doing an outstanding job and not if you give good customer service. Many of the managers and team leads are outstandingly bad.

T-Mobile: Accurate communication with their customers. Coverage of service in areas they sell phones and contracts. Accuracy of advertising.
Steward Health Care System: Welcoming, stable, supportive, transparent and growing.

Microsoft: Culture is what they say it is

Spectrum: I moved to a new address and tried to have Spectrum line installed. But I was denied with a reason that I won't be able to resolve. A spectrum line supposedly passes my neighbor where the tree was grown. Because of this, I will not be able to have spectrum service anymore.
Labcorp: We REALLY need a union
TruGreen: customer service is terrible. No answers for issues. If you need reservice because first application did nothing it would be a come back service sometime in the next 2 weeks. no date just sometime in the future

The recruiter will always take sides with the company even when that company discriminate against the employee. I have never been so humiliated and discouraged.
LSC Communications: Open to communication most of the time
REI: Nearly all co-workers are good, enthusiastic, experienced. Most customers are happy and find the REI experience a positive one. Management is hit and miss.

DuPont: Dupont has a terrible history of toxic waste on the environment. Clean up your act, be accountable for damages and do better.
