Sears Home Services: Sears Master protection agreement is a joke. My refrigerator has yet to be fix sine aug 2023. The has been out several times and replace parts but it still doesn't work. Last time Nov.1st again replaced a part no good I placed a service call nov.6th have yet to make it they keep rescheduling.

CareSource: It was great when i first started. Over the last few yeats, the culture has changed to be less about the members and the employees to about the profit. This has been at the expense of both the memebers and the employees.

Bell: Bell is a great 'small but big' company. Bell is global but it feels like a small company where people are allowed to get to know each other. There is camaraderie, and it is one contributor to what keeps us going in a healthy manner.
