The leadership team is very approachable. They have high expectations yet are very realistic and human. They believe in the brand (not just from a financial stand point) and all it embodies. Each executive I've interacted with has asked my opinion and communicated transparently.

Work diligently, try your best, and we will continue to get to where we need to be! SDC knows we're moving at an astronomical pace, but also that the employees are passionate about delivering above and beyond. We support each other and it's fantastic!

As we continue to grow company wide, I do believe my team should be eligible for bonus incentive or commission. Currently, we are not compensated that way, yet the teams we support are. We are an integral part of the success of this particular revenue stream so it would be nice!
