
My team when they are given time to tries to strategize different ways to save customers and maximize our sales without breaking our business rules. We all encourage each other when we are having a bad round of calls or when we are getting sales/saves.

I liked that I was able to interview with multiple people. It was a little stressful but they did a good job of breaking down the wall and getting to know me. The direct supervisors/managers have all been great for the most part. Its at corporate level/metrics/adherence/incentives that need work.

The people that make our metrics. They see us as a number and they constantly make the metrics hard to attain. We get incentives that are taken away a month later. Customers bills are constantly raising and business rules are getting tighter yet we wonder why people do shady stuff to meet quota.

For the most part it seems like the people at my center look out for each other. When someone has a really bad customer we encourage that person and talk about it. But we don't get much time to do that because this job is a constant time crunch to get back on the phones.
