I have been on phone for more than 15 hours with 17 people for over 2 weeks to solve a problem that seems to be a glitch in computer. I am being charged 59.01 a month for a nonexistent mobile line that no one can fix. No one follows up, phone can't be unlocked! Nightmare!!
