Due to the nature of the business and high call volume, Spectrum would always have fun things to do when you went on break or lunch. They also believed in promoting from within.

Some of the management of different dept's, didn't have the capabilities to effectively help the employee where there was lack, but we learned together and sometimes learning in unity was best
