I was offered an introductory rate of 49.9/mo which i paid automatically every month. 8 months in i found i was being charged 81+ for a service i never used. When i called to make a complaint i was treated poorly and "chat services" placated me, and refused to let me speak w/manager.Spectrum=thieves
