Pay is good, but company seems to put more of a focus on how fast you can get the customers off the phone. As a bilingual rep. We mainly take spanish calls, but we take english calls as well even though we arent compensated for that skill as most other call centers will.

As a bilingual representative, we dont receive any extra pay for taking calls for both queues

The workload is very demanding. Many days it feels like we dont have time to take a breath in between calls. Severely understaffed on weekends and even worse on the holidays. I worked christmas thanksgiving, and new year's day. All of which were busy even though there were few callers.
