They focus too heavily on what's good for the shareholders and not what's good for the functionality of the network and services provided. High end management makes 7 figure bonuses when the front line employees get crumbs. Industry as a whole is underpaid.

It's been too long I don't remember what it's like. But now they're just hiring anybody and not properly training the new hires to know what they're doing which in turn makes more work for everyone else and is computer productive at the end of the day.

Get rid of techs and managers that don't understand their job or don't care anymore. Compensate appropriately. Give employees the reigns on fixing things the right way. Stop slowing us down with jumping through hppps to get everything done and complicating every process along the way of repairs.

Listening to employees when we tell them what the correct process should be instead of implementing failing ideas every 6 months and trying things that didn't work 5 years ago and still won't work now. They complain when we want to fix things the right way instead of their way.
