
Sunrun is a large enough company , they should provide a bank of PTO days. So that we are able to schedule time as we'd like. Once the pto is gone that's it. It takes so long to build up days.

We need a cost of living RAISE.. Inflation, rent ,gas, food, everything has increased but the pay .

New employees get paid the same amount as the ones that has been there for years. Promotions are not really promotions from digital -3rd party campaign. 3rd party should be paid more than they are being that the calls are fewer and harder. From 200 opptys a week to 30 is not a promotion
