I love how loudly and actively Sunrun supports marginalized communities and always want to help when / where they can. I really believe this company is for the people, but some things have slipped by unnoticed.

This company really cares about it's employees and the community. I love working for a company doesn't only acknowledge, but celebrates and supports our LGBTQ, black, latinX, disabled employees, and educates on the holidays that bring attention to and celebrate these groups and cultures.

I was told that our annual compensation review takes cost of living into account. When my cost of living more than doubled in a very short time span, my pay never reflected that increase. I also question if there is a gender pay gap at Sunrun, despite everything they promote and stand for.
