I do enjoy that this company does offer schooling and affordable benefits. I do not like how the "leaves" department does not have the correct answers or lack of info when it comes to a sunrun employee. I also do not like the slow raises and no extra PTO hours that come with this company.

Honestly we are the most forgotten about department in this company. We are expected to work on everyone else schedule and get none of the credit for it.

Every department seems to have more opportunities to grow except for the warehousing department. Being a lead warehouseman for the last 2 years showed me that we are the last department cared for.

Recognizing employees wants and needs. Answering them in a timely manner that makes them feel supported and appreciated. If the employee is looking to move up and advance in their career, help them do that.

We could celebrate how much the company is making off the back work of its lower departments by offering raises and quarterly bonuses. Show appreciation to the Branch/ department that goes beyond its KW for the month.

Well we should be entitled to quarterly raises rather than yearly. They should be above a 2% raise and when we go on disability we should have the full cooperation of the lease department and HR. It is clear we are all easily replaceable.

There is only one person in my department I like the other two obviously dont care about the job and make me and the other employee work twice as hard to clean up their mess. I've reported this to the supervisor multiple times but nothing happens. Makes me want to do the same and nothing will happen
