I am happy with the new Case Management team I am on. I was not happy with the original team that I was placed on but now that I am on a new team my job is so much more enjoyable.

As a case manager we are responsible for handling every issue within Sunrun. We are taking escalation calls, reaching out to all the other departments, following up with customers and it is a very difficult position.
