good except for the dismal organization around the CXpro announceent. Also the demeanor of upper management, in my opionion, is over the top and demeaning. Fake happy/energetic language, like talking to a kid

the CXPro change should have been announced at the same time the compensation structure was actually approved. the bonus structure is good, but we are also getting more work so it did not seem to warrant a pay cut. The bonus should be geared to instigate the best out of us

my direct leadership team is great, they communicate and give positive feedback. As you go higher up, the energy seems fake and orchestrated, like they are talking to children. I spent over 10 years in a management position so I know you don't have to talk to employees "below" you in this manner.
