I love the culture. I love my Manager. I love the job. Executive Team loves to create momentum and offer things but the follow through lacks. Benefits are awesome. Pay is good not great. Changes in training is what Ive waiting since starting. Safety being important above money is amazing.

I love my job. So much so that I get asked on a regular basis by friends and family if we are hiring. I love the challenge. I love that it is a balance or customer facing and private and co worker. Its the perfect balance. Positive and we matter. So many perks makes it exciting and not boring.

That we are in face a team and work together and build each other and encourage each other. We didn't have a manager for quite awhile and really leaned on each other and that was a bonding experience

Making each employee feel like they matter. That the install teams, the CX Pros, the Specialists are just as important as the leadership team. The little things they do for each department. Small incentives and large incentives. I love this company!!

I do not know what the new pay will end up in 2023. I feel that our job has expanded as a CSS and pay was lowered. This is my answer prior to the CXPRo pay. I could be satisfied once we are paid for our work we complete in 2023.

Laughing with my team and co workers. Clearing my list is addicting and fun. I LOVE to work with the DtoH Sales Reps to schedule their customers! We celebrate together. I love to fill the open spots for the crews so they don't sit home. I love the challenge! It's fun.

This company is like no other I have ever experienced. That you are allowed and feel free to express that you are having a bad day for either mentally or physically or whatever, it is a safe place to work. Our Manager says 'It's only Solar" and that alone can take anxiety away. Better Workers!

The culture of its ok to make a mistake and move forward. That is unmatched in any other company. To squash that fear and give the encouragement to drive forward has shown such positive results that it has proven to me to move past your fears and see what you can accomplish. That is amazing.
