It's been really good. Coming from a place where advancement and the opportunity to move professional areas was not common, I feel like I've finally been given an opportunity to show what I bring to the table.

I was excited that I was given opportunities to grow and I did and I was BEYOND grateful. I still am, but given the climate of the company I've seen over the past almost year, I'm not hopeful. WIth the newly added pressure I feel like there's no time to explore new options.

They're supportive and they provide good feedback and corrections since I am very new to my team.

I'm on a small team and the volume is outrageous. Management has these expectations that seem impossible given said volume and no people. If someone wants to take time off, we drown and then get questioned. It's exhausting. I feel guilty taking breaks because it just chaos.
