My overall experience with Sunrun is one of the most positive places I've ever worked. Since day one I got to enroll back into school to work towards my degree. I feel that I am a valuable asset to the company and enjoy coming to work everyday.

My team still communicates effectively throughout the day even though we are all working from home in different time zones. We bounce ideas off of one another and still are productive.

I feel like a person that is a part of my team and not just a number that clocks in every day to do work. My managers genuinely care about me as a person and put my well-being as a top priority.

Working from the comfort of my own home makes me happiest at work. I have a fantastic team that trusts that I can still be productive in my day regardless of where I'm conducting my business from. I am probably more productive being able to sit in the comfort of my home.
