I feel if we weren't all getting paid the same amount hourly that would change, getting paid for what our market is stating we should get paid, isnt right.

My leadership team ( my manager) is amazing, he is always making sure his team is good to go and if we need any help! He is always reminding us of the daily/weekly tasks that are needed to get completed, which is huge!!
