The company needs to actually listen to the employees concerns when they ask, and at very least try to fix the problem. Actually pay is for the work that is done.

I think that the higher up leadership is absolutely taking advantage of the employees. Forcing longer work days while also taking away the drive time hours that make the long day worth it. The company promises the world and delivers nothing but headaches and high blood pressure.
