Since the merger with Vivint, I have increasingly lost my passion for the company. Bad decisions, white male privilege, dumbing down of values. The D2H group is a pyramid scheme where the top "leaders" reap the rewards and 1099 employees get used for sales then tossed aside. Depressing.

Stop turning Sunrun into Vivint! there's a reason Sunrun bought Vivint and not the other way around. Watching Sunrun's culture be destroyed and replaced with "we're crushing it" has been very very sad
