They dove head first into the most overambitious re-org possible nearing the peak busy season for home damages. Cutting costs and causing extensive service delays and expecting us to pick up the slack they created. They expect us to work 12 days and weekends to remedy the problems they've caused.

We all take solace with one another in that we're underpaid and underappreciated by upper management. Our direct manager is pleasant and easy to work with but the out of touch directors are putting so much pressure on everyone that many want to leave. We find unity in sharing that feeling.

I work in property damage so naturally customers there think we're awful. Personally, I think the re-org should've been rolled out slower, or later this year. We need the execs to calm down and stop putting so much pressure on us for the mistakes they've made, and extensive service delays they cause

I train new hires on a weekly basis who get hired on at more than I make. I have been working here for close to three years and it seems that I never see a return on my investment to this company. We need incentives for those who help in the onboarding process, especially salary employees.
