I am very happy at Sunrun . Every company has issues, but whenever issues are brought up, our management team seems to work hard to find a solution. There are some things that are out of control that I wish would change or I wish we could get moving forward.

I was able to get my schooling paid by the company and once I got my license, I was compensated fairly for the work that I do. I was not happy with my pay before hand, but I have no complaints now.

My management team is awesome. They do listen and they do help where they can. I think we have some bigger issues on the Service side that need more attention that are not getting attention, especially in acquiring certain parts to get jobs done any timely manner.
