If the company is so focused on profitability, Stop taking managers on expensive luxurious company paid trips to exotic destinations.

Sunrun used to be a great place to work, But it feels like ever since we bought out Vivint things have gone downhill fast. The culture is very toxic coming down from upper management. Our worklife balance has decreased while the stress put on our shoulders has increased dramatically
