
I have seen the offer letters of my peers and they have always been compensated well above my own. Even though I receive constant awards/praise from my clients, my employer hardly reflects that into compensation. There is zero support for career development and experience is mismatched with level.
Actually support the growth of your employees in a tangible way. Too much talk and no walk. Some employees are like the forgotten stepchildren being held hostage in a basement. This has been going on for years and it has never changed. Unfortunately, it impacts the most vulnerable employees.
