I like that they know I work hard and care about my job and the company. However, I'm not sure if they realize that employees need to be recognized when they meet or exceed the company's expectations.
I lead a team of about 30 associates due to the number of outlets I oversee. There are other managers who oversee one outlet and supervise less than half of the associates I supervise, and still get better compensation than me.
