Overall, it meets my needs. However, we need to look at how we can offer paid bonding time for new parents. This seems to be huge dissatisfier for new parents.

I feel that my leaders practice what they preach. When they say take time for yourself to take care of your general wellbeing, they mean it and expect it. They are not just words on a wall. They believe in it and encourage it. They have realistic expectations of the work that we are assigned.
