I have been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years respectively. I was hesitant to work for Aimbridge because they are so big. I was wrong. I have worked for large and small companies. I am very impressed with Aimbridge. I see a long successful future for me here.

My peers need extensive management training. The pandemic took away seasoned managers. The managers in place were given the responsibilities of managers without additional training or over site needed. They are doing the best they can with what little experience they have and learning along the way.
