This resort has so much potential but when the entire upper management members leave before 3pm how is anything suppose to improve for our guests

There are a few of us that work well as a team, when we see the other falling short on a task the other will help pick up the slack.

Being more present and hands on with day to day events, and not delegate to supervisors who they themselves aren't correctly to fulfill said role. I feel the supervisors are wanting to make chahges and help but they're unable to without the upper managements approval which they don't get most times.
