What makes me happy is knowing that the guest feels comfortable, happy, because of the good service I give them, and that the guest feels at home and happy.

Well, my colleagues are always smiling, and I am a very positive person. If I see someone who is negative, I try to talk to them and ask how their day is going and maybe that person will change.
