While starting was tough due to many reasons, It has grown me to be successful, ambitious and be able to seek new opportunities. I have succeeded and grown within the company fairly quickly and I believe I have the correct mentors in place to help me reach new heights.

Our leadership team does provide our teams with appreciation lunches and even though at times we struggle we still have the backing of leadership.

Being able to create new experiences for myself and for guests. Meeting a plethora of new people and getting to learn while doing so.

My leadership team is flexible and does assist me when needed. Overall they do want me to succeed even though I may not stay with aimbridge.

We all have different life styles and have plenty of stories to share with each other and help us communicate with out guests. Over all our young yet sophisticated team blends well together due to our understanding of each other.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
As a part of the front desk team, I do have more guest interactions than anyone else at the property and sometimes I feel overlooked when certain tasks couldn't be completed due to the high demand guests are looking for at the front desk. I feel like an increase does help me feel like its worth it.
